Gas safety checks and landlord CP12 certificates

Our plumbers are fully licensed to carry out Edinburgh landlord gas safety inspections and issue CP12 certification on completion.

What the inspection covers

Regular gas safety inspections prevent hazards such as gas leaks or carbon monoxide, and keep appliances running efficiently.

Your gas appliances: Boilers, cookers and heating systems inspected by Gas Safe registered engineers for compliance with the safety regulations.
Leaks, pressure and ventilation: We check for leaks, test appliance pressure and make sure ventilation is adequate.
CP12 certification: Landlords receive CP12 certification on completion, which is the record you need for your tenancy obligations.
Efficiency as well as safety: Regular checks keep appliances working efficiently, which helps with running costs and with the life of the equipment.

Homeowners are welcome to book a check too. It is the same inspection, without the landlord paperwork.
